This factor depends on more than leadership and orders. It depends on the quality of the employee. One who will do a stellar job and not sue you.

Often a law is introduced which sounds good at the time. Then it goes further and further until it is insane. As a former business consultant, I found that the majority of business owners were more than willing to increase an employee's pay and provide other benefits. I also found that the majority of employees were willing to do a fair day's work. But I found in both employers and employees (about 2 1/2 %) people who were negative, lazy, corrupt and mean. These new laws are Draconian!!! Good on you for publishing a book to guide people through such overbearingly harsh laws!!
